Eviatar Moncaz is an Israeli film producer and director, and the founder of Monchaz Films — an independent international production company based in Tel Aviv dedicated to bold, socially charged cinema.
His work spans independent fiction, documentary, commercial production, and international co-productions, combining creative development, film financing, and hands-on production with a sharp social and cinematic perspective.
In 2025, Moncaz served as Associate Producer on Mama (dir. Or Sinai), selected for the Official Selection at Cannes 2025 and TIFF 2025, and as Impact Producer on Eddie and I (dir. Maya Shekel), selected for Venice Immersive 2025 at the 82nd Venice Film Festival.
His feature Debbie Was Here (2023, dir. Dana Goldberg) won the Artistic Achievement Award at the Haifa International Film Festival. Shattered Paradise (2024, dir. Ronit Ifergan), a documentary following communities in the aftermath of October 7th, served as opening film of Cinema South Festival 2024, ranked in YES Docu's Top 10 most-viewed documentaries of 2024, and is internationally distributed by Go2Films.
Moncaz is also the founder of Bridging Narratives, an international film development incubator that brings together Israeli and Palestinian filmmakers to develop co-created stories, supported by NFCT and Abraham Initiatives.
