Eviatar Moncaz is an Israeli film producer, director and founder of Monchaz Films, working between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

He produces fiction, documentary, short-form and immersive work. His practice spans development, financing, production, post-production, festival strategy and release, while keeping the filmmaker’s voice at the centre of the process.

Moncaz is drawn to stories shaped by pressure: identity, memory, social conflict, outsiders and the gap between the lives people show and the lives they carry.

His producing credits include Debbie Was Here, recipient of the Haifa Culture Fund Award for Artistic Achievement at the 2023 Haifa International Film Festival ↗; the yes Docu feature documentary Shattered Paradise; Or Sinai’s MAMA, presented in Special Screenings at Cannes 2025 ↗; and the short film Meow.
